HOW TO USE

Add four to five drops of oil on the palm and rub it thoroughly until little heat is generated in the palms. then cupping style takes 4 to 5 long deep inhalation of blend and rest apply on the body where you feel comfortable.

You may also mix the oil a few drops with water in a bucket and dip your toes and hands to make you feel stress-free and detoxified.
